Privacy Notice

This notice discloses the privacy practices for Rhenium Pictures Ltd. It applies to data gathered directly from clients (existing and prospective) as well as service providers.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Information is usually collected in person and with prior consent at client sites, over the telephone or at filming locations but this can also be done online e.g via our contacts page.

We are the sole owners of all information collected. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us in person. We do not, and will not share, sell or rent your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to arrange meetings, plan video recordings, ship an order or follow up on existing and upcoming projects.

For clients:
We use your information to respond to you regarding the matter for which you have contacted us such as existing or intending video projects or other general enquiries made by you. We may also reach out to you if you have shown interest in our services and wilfully provided us with your contact details.

For service providers:
If we are interested in working with you, and solely for this purpose, we will get in touch using the details that you have provided. Actors and casting extras are usually required to fill and sign release forms. We are required to keep such information for as long as is necessary for the safety of all concerned.

Disclosures
We will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless required by law or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or that of others as in the case of fraud investigations, legal claims or on government request.

Your Access to and Control over Information
Usually we will stay in touch with you for the duration of your video project but sometimes for longer if you choose to maintain a relationship with us. You are of course free to opt out of future contacts from us at any time. You can do this by contacting us via email ([email protected]) or over the telephone (01293850013). When you do, you are free to:

See what data we have about you
Change/correct any data we have about you.
Have us delete any data we have about you.
Express any concern you have about our use of your data
